🚚 Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
 Sol, Mind & Body ships to addresses within the United States, and P.O. boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can also track your order through our tracking page: UPS.com

❗ Missing or Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check the tracking info first. If it's marked as delivered and still not received, contact the shipping carrier directly.
